Borovets is a great place for skiing for experienced people.

at 73 km from Sofia in the North slopes of Rilla.
Altitude: 1150 - 1350 m
Length of the slopes: 42км
Number of slopes: 2 blue, 11 red, 5 black
Lifts: 1 cabin ski lift, 3 chair lifts, 12 rope lines, 3 portable baby drags.
A ski run of 25 км of a total of 4 road-beds.

Resort is suitable for experienced skiers, as well as beginners. The slopes are separated in several areas. The first area includes Sitnyakovo and Martinovi Baraki and is 19 km long. It has blue, red and black degrees of difficulty. The second area - Yastrebetz - is good for experienced skiers. It has red and black degrees of difficulty. The third area - Markudjika slopes - is from 2550 to 2145 m and is suitable for experienced skiers too.

Snowbord runners could train down over the resort's slopes too. There is a ski playground for the little guests of the hotel. You could slide down the slopes here or just take a walk and breathe the crystal clear fresh air.

Hotel "ELA" is situated in the central part of Borovets Resort - 100 m to the lift.
